Type of Project: New Air Conditioning For Comfort Cooling & Heating

Who is Norman House?

Norman House, Derby is an office building that has undergone a major overhaul to bring the offices back to a more modern and professional look.

What was the Challenge?

Aura was asked to install VRV Heat Recovery Air Conditioning System and Heat Recovery Fresh Air Ventilation Systems to bring comfort cooling & heating to the new offices. The key factor in this project was to bring an element of design and style to our installation to match the dynamic environment being created through this office fitout.

What was Aura’s Solution?

Aura was asked to provide new Daikin VRV Heat Recovery Air Conditioning systems and Heat Recovery Fresh Air Ventilation systems to serve the new offices at a building in central Derby.

These offices were fitted out with Ceiling Cassette, and Concealed Ducted air conditioning fan coil units to heat and cool the areas, creating a modern design within the offices.

This project required attention to detail in the design due to the ceiling voids being left open and the HVAC systems being on display. Restricted floor to slab height meant that the systems and their installation needed to be kept to a minimum to provide maximum headroom available in these office areas.
