Stuart is responsible for liaising with our engineers so he can provide our clients with timely estimates for any remedial works and negotiating with our suppliers to source the correct products within the shortest possible timeframe. With a background in construction and manufacturing, Stuart understands the importance of getting it right 1st time and as cost-effectively as possible.
Once work is finished, food is usually high on the agenda for Stuart so he’ll either be in the kitchen or nipping out for a takeaway.

Donna is responsible for looking after our accounts. Accuracy and communication are Donna’s key strengths meaning suppliers are paid on time and the correct invoices are delivered to our clients in a timely manner.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, eating out, visiting the theatre, and, the occasional glass of red wine.

Greg is responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of the project management team. Through supporting each project manager whether it be advice or technical knowledge, Greg will ensure we assign the correct project manager to your job, align our schedule with your program and provide a seamless project delivery each and every time.
Outside of work, Greg’s two young children keep him busy. You will often find him and his family enjoying walks in the country or gardening.

Kevin is an essential part of the maintenance team who works on getting the engineers to the right place, at the right time. With a keen eye for detail, our engineers will always arrive on-site with a detailed understanding of works at hand, thanks to Kevin’s meticulous planning. As a result, Kevin ensures that our regular customer’s maintenance visits are scheduled in good time, with space to slot in the inevitable emergency call-outs that gate-crash his plans.
When Kevin’s not scheduling our client’s maintenance contracts, he likes nothing better than putting his feet up whilst sipping a G&T!

From a background in construction, Emily forms an integral part of our project management team. Looking after a vast quantity of smaller projects, relationships, organisation, programming, and communication are key to Emily’s success.
Outside of work, you’ll find Emily watching ice hockey, chilling out with her family, or ferrying her daughter to dance lessons!

Giles is responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of the sales team. Ensuring we have the right people in the right seats is a critical part of Giles’ role as well as ensuring each team member is on target and striving to ensure the customer is at the centre of everything we do.
Outside of work, Giles likes to spend time with his family and friends, enjoying some good food, and of course a good drink!

Kate works alongside Kevin, ensuring the operation of the maintenance team runs like a well-oiled machine. Retrieving the necessary hand-over reports from our engineers, as well as touching base with them at the end of each visit, Kate ensures that each maintenance visit is completed to the highest standard, and the relevant reports are returned to you in good time.
Once the days out, Kate enjoys tending to her menagerie and especially her dog ‘Bertie’!

Dave has recently joined the team to support, mentor and develop our operations team & field engineers. Having had over 20 years experience in the refrigeration industry of which 14 of those years were spent working on the air conditioning systems inside trains! Although he still keeps a set of tools in the car & likes to get his hands dirty, his real focus is supporting our internal operations staff & field service engineers to help them develop and ensure they have the correct tools & skillset to continue to give our clients the level of service they expect & deserve. Dave is a self-confessed petrol-head so when he’s not managing the team he can be found cruising the Leicestershire lanes in his Porsche 944!

Being the most experienced project manager, Robert tends to look after larger projects. From his experience in the army, discipline, organisation, and straight-talking are Robert’s key strengths. These strengths mean Robert’s projects run with the highest standards, on time, and with effective communication.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys DIY projects and spending time with his grandchildren.

With a background in the HVAC industry, Ellis works with new and existing clients to provide them with the highest levels of customer service. From negotiating a new contract to adding additional benefits to existing contracts, Ellis will ensure you always receive the best value for money when choosing to have your HVAC equipment maintained by Aura.
Outside of work you’ll find Ellis on the golf course, most often at the 19th hole!

Simon is responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of the maintenance/service team. With a keen eye for talent, Simon has built an excellent team around him, from the sales and scheduling staff in the office to the army of engineers across the nation. This ensures that whether you are a regular or this is your first time dealing with Aura, your equipment will be serviced to the highest standards, in a timescale that suits you, at a competitive rate. Customer service is at the top of Simon’s priority list which has been proven over time by the 100+ clients who have been with us for many years!
When Simon’s not managing his team he’s likely to be involved in his next DIY project.

Having started out as an air conditioning engineer, Richard now takes up the role of technical director, providing the team with ‘on-the-tools’ knowledge. Richard is the technical support for the team, the go-to on technical projects, and any other question that is out of the ordinary. In addition, Richard looks after the finances of the company, ensuring invoices are accurate and on time. Financial stability underpins everything we do at Aura as we pride ourselves on being financially sound.
Outside of work, Richard likes to spend time outdoors walking in the Derbyshire countryside as well as enjoying time with his family and friends.

Briana supports the two directors and the management team. Her varied role means she has to keep lots of plates spinning whether it’s minuting a management meeting or ordering more coffee beans! Being an expert in list making, Briana keeps tabs on any outstanding tasks and ensures the leadership team at Aura are regularly followed up.

Outside of work Briana enjoys going for walks in the Lake District or baking for her family

Jason is another member of our excellent team of engineers. He ensures each service or repair he carries out is done to the highest standards whilst building a great rapport with our clients. Having a broad knowledge of all things HVAC, Jason is able to explain technical aspects and details of HVAC systems to our clients, giving you the assurance that you are receiving the right service and your equipment is being looked after properly.
Outside of work, Jason is usually busy caring for his family & enjoying the sights on Cannock Chase.

Mitchell has recently joined the Aura team as an air conditioning maintenance engineer serving our clients in the Midlands. He prides himself in his work to ensure every job is completed correctly & to the customers satisfaction. He loves nothing more than getting a 1st-time fix & positive feedback! Hopefully you’ll get chance to see him a work at some point soon.

Outside of work Mitchell can be found in the gym or enjoying some high quality family time!

Mark has recently joined our team to support our client base in the London and home counties region. Mark brings with him many years’ experience of HVAC maintenance & support.

Away from work Marks time is consumed with looking after his family and ensuring they all get to their respective sports clubs on time.

Kurt is one of our London-based engineers, looking after many of our maintenance clients in the city, as well as travelling further afield when necessary to ensure each client, wherever you are, receives the customer service you expect. As with all of our engineers, Kurt always strives to carry out each service to the highest standard, often resulting in positive feedback from many of our clients.
Once the day is over for Kurt, he likes nothing better than putting up his feet & enjoying a chilled cider!

John is our longest-standing maintenance engineer. In line with our company values, John lives & breathes them by insisting on doing the job right every time. In addition, John is sensitive to each client’s preferences and has a fantastic ability to remember specific details about different sites.
John’s former life in South Africa means that when he’s not at work he’s usually out with the family practising a bit of bush-craft…

Sean has recently joined our service team as an experienced commercial gas engineer with F-Gas qualifications as well, and is already proving to be a valuable asset to our team. His calm approach to dealing with fault finding on our clients HVAC equipment is proving to be very well received.
Away from work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and coaching at his children’s football club

Kian has recently joined Aura as an apprentice and is enrolled at the North West Nottinghamshire College on a 3 year Air Con & Refrigeration Apprenticeship Course. He’s already proved to be a great asset to the team with his desire to learn and do every job to the best of his ability, whilst learning his trade from time-served engineers so he grasps the learning to become a competent engineer who reflects the high standards that runs through this entire team.

When Kian’s not at work or studying, then he’ll be playing or watching football team…and possibly enjoying a craft beer!

Ben is our latest apprentice to join our team, he is keen, enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and is already proving to be a great addition to our service team. Ben is enrolled at West Notts College for a 3-year course alongside working with our experienced site engineering team and has a very bright future ahead of him.

Away from work, Ben enjoys playing football, enjoying quality time with friends & family and grabbing of the odd glass of whiskey.
